Hello

My name is Kash — fitting for someone in accounting and finance, I know. I have over a decade of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, and high-level strategic finance. I received my MBA in Accounting and Finance from Eastern Washington University, which deepened my ability to blend technical expertise with real-world business strategy. Throughout my career, I’ve worked across a wide range of industries — from small nonprofits to multi-million-dollar corporations — and everything in between.

What I love most about accounting and finance is the storytelling. Numbers capture a snapshot in time, revealing where a business has been, where it stands today, and where it’s headed next. My role is to help translate those numbers into meaning — identifying patterns, forecasting opportunities, and mitigating challenges before they become roadblocks.

I work with clients who truly need my services, beginning with a clear understanding of their current state, goals, and the people involved. I believe in honesty over hustle, which means I’ll never upsell or push you into services you don’t need just to move my business forward. My goal is simple: to build trust through transparency, deliver clarity through numbers, and create partnerships grounded in integrity.

My Story

For years, I found myself excelling in my career — doing well on paper, yet saying “no” to the things that truly mattered more often than I wanted to admit. During our 14-year wedding anniversary, my husband looked me straight in the eyes over dinner and asked, “If there were no barriers or responsibilities in the way, what would you be doing — what would give you purpose every day?”

I remember being completely speechless. I asked if I could think about it. The next night at dinner, I told him, “If I could do anything, I would start my own accounting firm — one where I could choose who I work with, how I work, and have the freedom to show up for the people and moments that truly matter.”

Over the next six months, that idea kept resurfacing — quiet but constant — in the moments when life slowed down. One afternoon, it became undeniably clear: I had outgrown the season I was in. So, I decided to take a leap of faith and finally create the firm I had always dreamed of. And that’s how Outgrow Accounting & Finance was born — built from a place of courage, intention, and purpose.

Beyond my career, I’m a wife of 14 years to a proud serviceman in the National Guard, and together we’ve built a beautiful family that includes our oldest son, our daughter in the middle, and our youngest son. When I’m not diving into numbers or client strategy, you’ll most likely find me on the golf course or laughing with family and friends — the spaces where I feel most grounded, grateful, and alive.
